Please
accept our fraternal wishes for the successful conclusion of your
forthcoming conference. It takes place in a period when capitalism
experiences its worst crisis since 1929. The challenges and the tasks
awaiting you are many and complex. Nevertheless, we are certain that,
from this conference an, ideologically, politically and
organisationally, stronger EMEP will emerge, ready to play a leading
role in the struggle of Turkish people for democracy and socialism.
We deeply regret we cannot participate due to financial reasons.
